Commissioned by New Dimensions, SF Cody: A Rushmoor Epic was created by sound artist and performer Nathaniel Mann.  As part of the process he researched Rushmoor’s rich history, focusing on its contribution to the development of aviation, and the more recent cultural links with the area's Nepalese community. SF Cody: A Rushmoor Epic celebrates some of these distinctive moments, and includes new compositions which draw on the life and times of local aviation legend and cowboy, SF Cody. The project also included a newly commissioned 'crankie' by artist Stewart Easton, providing a unique visual commentary. In developing the music Nathaniel collaborated with Farnborough-based 1st Naumati Baja Gulmi UK, a Nepalese band consisting of ex-Gurkha officers.  This unique and spectacular blend of traditional Nepalese Naumati Baja music and British folk was premiered at The Anvil, Basingstoke in 2017 and will be touring in 2018.
