Let's Twist Again was a World of Art project for WOMAD Charlton Park in July 2012, and presented a series of artists' film installations using shipping containers as viewing stations. To mark WOMAD's 30th anniversary, the project focused on films that use song, popular music, composed and found sound as an integral part of the work. Featured artists were Mark Dean, Alonso Gil, Mikhail Karikis and Uriel Orlow, Anri Sala and Semiconductor. The project also includedThe WOMAD Memory Twist, an interactive experience enabling festival-goers to use iPads to explore 30 years of images and memories from WOMAD festivals.
