WOMAD Festival - World of Art Producer
For the past 6 years I have worked with curator Jeni Walwin to devise and deliver a programme of contemporary art for WOMAD, enabling festival goers to experience the work of international artists.
For the 2014 WOMAD UK Festival, Neville Gabie's Experiments in Black and White project included outdoor film screenings, an outdoor performance drawing, and a participatory project entitled Collective Breath: nevillegabie.com
In 2015 we commissioned artist Barthélémy Toguo to create Water Dance, a large outdoor installation which was on the WOMAD Charlton Park site for the duration of the festival. For World of Art 2016 we worked in association with Artsadmin to bring Graeme Miller's Track installation to WOMAD: artsadmin.co.uk
This year we worked in partnership with Folkestone Triennial to present Casa Anacaona, a major commission by artist Sol Calero: womad.co.uk
